A balanced, uncompromising wine of golden yellow color, in which the elegance and seriousness of retained freshness are outlined. Deep and multi-layered aromatics; it opens with notes of vanilla and tobacco with hints of quince, and dry chamomile in the background. Elegant body, fresh, with crisp acids. It is aged for 12 months in wooden barrique barrels, of which 6 months on fine lees. Wine for connoisseurs.
