A golden-colored wine made from Pošip grapes sourced from the finest Dalmatian sites for the variety—specifically the renowned Mindel vineyard, offering aromas of pear, hay, and white flowers with a pronounced presence of almonds, followed by subtle spicy notes of pepper and oregano; on the palate it is harmonious and creamy, with flavors that mirror the aromatic profile, including banana, peach, almond, and melon, along with layers of fermented fruit such as apricot and quince and delicate hints of tobacco, resulting in a filigree-precise wine with remarkable length, macerated for 24 hours, with a portion aged for six months on fine lees.
