Vineyards

Our vineyards are located in special micro-locations, where the soil and climate create ideal conditions for growing top quality grapes. Traditional methods ensure that every bottle of our wine bears the stamp of the terroir.

Vineyard in Sveta Nedilja

We create with love and devotion

Located under the magnificent peak of Sveti Nikola, our vineyard in Sveta Nedilja is a true masterpiece of nature and human effort. This extremely steep terrain provides unique conditions for growing grapes, where mechanization is completely inapplicable due to the slope and specific soil. Each vineyard is cultivated by hand, and harvesting takes place using traditional methods in order to preserve authenticity and quality.

Soil in Sveta Nedilja is a special mixture of stone and organic material, which contributes to the concentration of the taste and aromatic characteristics of the grapes. Here we grow Plavac Mali, a red variety known for its rich color, intense aromas and full flavor. The wine that comes from this vineyard stands out for its depth and complexity, with notes of dark fruit, spices and dried grapes, which is the result of the unique conditions provided by this specific location.

Vineyard in Poljica

Sandstone and limestone - the secret of our wines

Our vineyard in Poljica is located near the village of Poljica, on somewhat flatter terrain compared to our other location, but still with the recognizable characteristics of the Hvar soil. Here, the soil is a combination of sandstone and limestone, which allows for better drainage and provides ideal conditions for grape growth.

Poljica is known for its historic winegrowing tradition and specific microclimatic influence. Here we grow different varieties of grapes, including white varieties that are adapted to these conditions. Wines from this locality are often fresher and fruitier, with pronounced aromas of citrus and herbal notes. This vineyard enables the creation of wines that are balanced and elegant, reflecting all the advantages of the local soil and climate.
