Deep and multi-layered aromas; opens with notes of vanilla and tobacco with notes of quince and dry chamomile in the background. Elegant body, fresh, sharp acids. Aged for 12 months in wooden barrique barrels, of which 6 months on fine lees. Wine for gourmets.
